Justin built his career in the portable building industry and is the owner of Frontier Shed Co., a portable building manufacturing company serving customers across the region. With hands-on experience in production, delivery logistics, equipment, and job site coordination, he understands what it takes to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.
Dawn Arnold is the Owner and Principal Broker of Arnold Realty Group, one of the top real estate brokerages in Western Kentucky, with 15 top-producing agents. She also owns Arnold Property Management, a division of Arnold Realty Group that manages residential and commercial investment properties throughout the region.
Through years of working with contractors, investors, landlords, builders, and developers, both Justin and Dawn have built strong relationships and a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of active job sites, rental property turnovers, and commercial projects — big and small.
As real estate investors and developers themselves, Justin and Dawn saw firsthand the consistent need for reliable, responsive waste management — whether during renovations, tenant clean-outs, new construction, or large-scale projects. They recognized an opportunity to expand their niche and leverage their existing industry connections to provide a service that complements the work their clients are already doing.
